About
Small by design. Senior by default.
Conjora is an Irish technology consultancy for financial institutions, built around one idea: the people who understand difficult systems should be the people doing the work.
What Conjora is
A specialist firm for technology programmes that cannot be allowed to fail.
Conjora Limited is registered in Ireland. We work with banks, insurers and financial infrastructure providers on transformation, programme recovery, service transition and operational resilience.
We exist because critical programmes in these environments are often staffed the wrong way round: senior people at the proposal, less experienced people in the delivery. When the system in question moves money, pays claims or keeps a payment rail running, that trade stops being affordable.
We serve the people accountable for those systems — CIOs and CTOs and their direct reports, programme and transformation directors, and heads of infrastructure, cloud and service management.

Our specialists
Experience gained inside the environments we now serve.
Conjora’s specialists have led technology programmes in retail banking, insurance and regulated financial services: core platform and infrastructure change, programme recovery, cloud migration, regulatory remediation and disaster recovery.
Much of that experience was gained in roles held before or alongside Conjora, and we describe it that way. Our case studies are attributed accordingly.

How engagements are actually run.
- 01
Senior people do the work.
There is no junior bench behind the specialist you meet. The person scoping the problem is the person solving it.
- 02
Evidence before opinion.
Recommendations start from what the system, the plan and the data actually show — not from a framework applied in advance.
- 03
Simple explanations for complex systems.
If a steering committee cannot follow the explanation, the explanation is not finished.
- 04
Delivery over theatre.
Fewer slides, more decisions. Governance exists to move the work, not to report on it.
- 05
Operational reality matters.
A change is not done when it is deployed. It is done when the people running it at 3am can support it.
- 06
An honest no.
If the work is outside our competence, we say so and point you to someone better placed.
Conjora Limited also owns a small number of consumer software products, which are run separately under their own brands and are not part of the consultancy.
