1Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Conjora's enterprise IT consulting services for financial services and insurance clients (conjora.ie) — the consultation form, AI enquiry assistant, and related commercial engagement. Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland, is the Data Controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.
Conjora Limited also operates a separate portfolio of consumer applications (MuscleYou, Patrol.ie, BusinessBooster.ie, and others). Those products are covered by a distinct apps Privacy Policy, not this page.
2What Data We Collect
Consultation enquiries
When you submit the consultation request form: your name, organisation, business email, role, service interest, timeline, and a description of your requirement.
AI assistant conversations
If you use the website chat assistant, the messages you send. Once you provide your name, company, email, and a summary of your challenge, the assistant records those details as a lead so a consultant can follow up.
Technical data
Standard request metadata (IP address, browser) used for anti-spam verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limiting on the enquiry form.
We do not process payment or health data through this site — consulting engagements are billed separately under the agreed Statement of Work.
3How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
4Third Parties We Share Data With
Stores enquiry and lead records. EU-region infrastructure where available.
Delivers the enquiry confirmation email and internal team notification.
Powers the chat assistant. Conversation text is processed to generate replies and, once you consent to sharing your details, to draft the lead summary.
Bot/spam verification on the enquiry form, where enabled.

7Data Retention & Security
Enquiry and lead data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the prospective or ongoing client relationship, or as required for legal or tax purposes (typically up to 7 years under Irish law for engaged clients). Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 24 months before deletion, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
We use encrypted storage via Google Firebase, HTTPS throughout, and access controls limiting who can view enquiry data.
