1Who We Are

These Terms of Service govern your use of the conjora.ie website and its enterprise IT consulting enquiry process, operated by Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Conjora Limited separately operates a portfolio of consumer applications (MuscleYou, Patrol.ie, BusinessBooster.ie, and others), which are governed by their own apps Terms of Service, not this page.

2Scope of This Page

This page covers general use of the website and the enquiry/consultation process only. It is not the contract for any consulting engagement. Actual project work — scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees — is governed exclusively by an individually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

3Enquiries & AI Assistant

The consultation request form and the website's AI chat assistant are initial scoping tools only. Submitting an enquiry, or a summary generated through the chat assistant, does not create any contractual relationship, obligation, or commitment on either side. A human senior consultant reviews every enquiry and follows up directly; the assistant does not provide binding quotes, advice, or commitments on Conjora's behalf.

4Engagement Terms

Consulting engagements are bespoke and custom-priced per client. There is no self-serve checkout or subscription on this site — fees, payment terms, and any cancellation or refund terms for a specific engagement are set out in that engagement's SOW.

5Confidentiality

We treat the details of every enquiry and discovery conversation as confidential. We do not disclose your organisation's identity or the substance of your enquiry to third parties, except to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy who help us operate the enquiry process, or where required by law.

6Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and case study material are the proprietary property of Conjora Limited. You may not reproduce, scrape, or create derivative works from this site without written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced during a client engagement is set out in that engagement's SOW.

7User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access to any system, using automated tools to scrape the site, submitting false information via the enquiry form, or using the site for any unlawful purpose under Irish or EU law.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conjora Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or the enquiry process. Liability arising from an actual client engagement is governed exclusively by the limitation of liability clause in that engagement's SOW.

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
